Return/Exchange
At Pjs&Me, we acknowledge that your preferences may change regarding a product, or you might wish to exchange sizes. That's why we have implemented a 7-day exchange policy. This means that upon receiving your item, you have a window of 7 days to request an exchange for a new product ,a cash refund or a credit note , which will remain valid for one year from the exchange date.
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in its original packaging, unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags are still attached, and retain the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating an exchange is a simple process. Just reach out to us at pjsandme2@gmail.com, and we will guide you through the next steps. Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with information regarding when our fulfillment team will collect the product from you.
It's important to note that we offer free returns and exchanges. However, for the return/exchange pick-up, there will be a charge of AED 18 for your order. This applies when you decide to send the item back in exchange for another product, a credit note, or a cash refund. Damages and issues
At Pjs&Me, we ensure each and every product goes through a series of quality checks before it is dispatched to you. But, just in case you find the product damaged/defected you can return it to us without any return pick up charges within 24 hours of delivery. For that, just click the picture of the product, highlighting the defect and drop us an email on pjsandme2@gmail.com.Our team will get back to you within 3 business days on the next steps and how to make it right.
